Our rooms are both situated on the first floor therefore unfortunately our bedrooms are unsuitable for disabled or those who have difficulty with stairs
We take a £50.00 deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable on departure. We accept all major credit/ debit cards and cash. If you wish to pay the balance via bank transfer, please email us requesting our bank details at the time of booking and process your online payment at least 3 working days in advance of your arrival date.
We understand sometimes plans change so if you need to amend or cancel a reservation please let us know by telephone and we will confirm back in writing. Bookings cancelled up to 3 days before arrival will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival or in the event of a no show, the full total price of the reservation will be charged. Please note departures earlier than scheduled are also treated as a cancellation, therefore the cancellation policy will apply.
Our check in time is between 4 pm and 8 pm however if you wish to arrive outside these times we will endeavor to accommodate your request. Please call us in advance to make the arrangement. We ask you vacate your room before 11 am on the day of departure.
We do not have a family room and regret we are unable to accommodate children. However, we do welcome young people over the age of 12 that can sleep in a separate room to parents.
At the Coach House we love animals however we regret we are unable to accept animals staying inside the Coach House with the exception of guide dogs.
We offer free secure parking for the duration of your stay.
All guests will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage caused by them whilst staying at the Coach House.
CCTV records all images at the Coach House for the security and protection of all guests. We reserve the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, we reasonably consider that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening or abusive manner. We also reserve the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
